Cancellation Policy

Please note that once an appointment is booked, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation or rescheduling, as the allowable modification period will have elapsed. To ensure flexibility, we respectfully request that any changes be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
